Ownership of the Site and Parties

These General Terms and Conditions of Contract and Supply digital license products govern all sales and services offered on the website www.lastorialicense.com by Licentix Tech LTD  with registered office at Germany VAT/Company No. RW210841, email: support@lastorialicense.com
The person accessing the Site and/or purchasing products is the “User”. The Company and the User are jointly the “Parties”.
The Site is operated by the Company and allows Users to purchase genuine software licenses, including Microsoft Office keys, Windows product keys, and digital ESD licenses.
Except where otherwise required by law, you agree that all disclosures and communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Object of the Contract

These Terms regulate the purchase of digital software licenses (ESD) offered for sale on the Site, including Microsoft activation keys and related installation/activation support.

Prices

Prices are displayed in USD and include VAT as indicated on each Product page, prices currency may change to your local currency according your IP address.
Prices may change over time; however, the price applied is the one shown at checkout when the order is placed.
If a material pricing error occurs (e.g., a price clearly disproportionate to normal market value), the Company may cancel the order and refund any amounts paid.

How to Purchase

To purchase, add Products to the cart, complete the checkout form, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and pay using one of the available methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer where available).
Card payments may be subject to bank authorization and fraud screening.
Your order is a purchase proposal. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation email containing your activation key and installation instructions (digital delivery).
If you make a mistake in your data (e.g., email address), contact support@lastorialicense.com promptly. The Company will help correct the issue where possible, but is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User.
Executed contracts are stored electronically on the Company’s systems.

Promo Codes

Valid promo codes can be entered at checkout and are subject to the specific terms, start/end dates, and usage limits stated for each code. Expired codes cannot be reactivated.

Conditions of Use and Sale

Placing an order implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms.
No contract arises if there are evident and recognizable errors or inaccuracies during ordering (e.g., User data, Product identification, quantity, or price). The Company may verify pricing accuracy prior to sending the activation key and may cancel orders affected by pricing errors.
If delivery to the email address provided fails, we will notify you to arrange an alternative delivery method or provide a full refund.
The User agrees to indemnify the Company and its suppliers from losses or claims arising from unlawful use of the Site or Products, or from breach of these Terms or third-party rights.
The User is solely responsible for any consequences of improper use of software keys.
The Company warrants that delivered Products conform to legal requirements of usability and reliability. The User must inspect the delivered key and notify non-conformities within 14 days at support@lastorialicense.com.

Digital Delivery

Delivery is digital-only via email and typically instant after successful payment and review. In rare cases (manual checks, fraud screening, system outages), delivery may take up to 12 hours. No physical shipment occurs.

Trust Signals and Buyer Protection

The Site may display trust seals and independent review ratings (e.g., Trustpilot, TrustedShops). Where available, buyer protection programs (with limits stated by the provider) may apply. Details are provided on the Site.

Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

If the User is a consumer, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from purchase by emailing support@lastorialicense.com.
Important: For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g., ESD licenses / activation keys), the User expressly consents to immediate performance (delivery/activation) and acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law.
Where the right of withdrawal still applies (e.g., performance has not begun), send your notice before the 14-day period expires. If a single order is delivered in multiple parts, the period runs from the last delivery. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
No withdrawal right applies for damages due to force majeure or circumstances beyond the Company’s control.

Company Obligations and Liability

The Company is not liable for damages that are not the immediate and direct consequence of its breach.
The Company is not responsible for third-party commercial guarantees or services.
Access may be denied in case of violations of law or these Terms.
The Company is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, including but not limited to: internet/hosting failures, software/hardware malfunctions, regulatory actions, third-party tampering, platform misuse, obsolete User equipment, data loss not attributable to the Company, cyberattacks, or viruses.

Language, Applicable Law, Disputes, and Jurisdiction

These Terms are provided in English.
Without prejudice to consumer rights, any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
EU consumer Users may benefit from mandatory protections of their country of residence and can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. The Company is not responsible for the content, privacy compliance, or data handling practices of external websites.

Duration and Changes

These Terms remain in effect until modified by the Company.
Changes become effective upon publication on the Site and apply to sales made thereafter. Regulatory updates will be posted to keep Users informed.

Final Provisions

If any clause is held wholly or partially invalid or ineffective, the remaining provisions remain in force.
The Company may suspend access or sales without notice in case of material breach. Failure to act on a breach does not constitute a waiver.
